Web Host Services

Business email hosting using your own domain.

Set up professional email addresses for your business, or get help moving existing mailboxes. Business email hosting can be arranged for an existing domain and is also included with our website packages. Mailbox requirements, access and storage are agreed before setup.

What this includes

Email that matches your domain and works on your devices.

Business email hosting and setup for UK businesses, including domain mailboxes, DNS records and practical help getting mail working.

Mailboxes, aliases and forwarding

Plan individual staff mailboxes and role addresses such as sales or accounts. We help distinguish a separate mailbox from an alias or forwarding address, so messages reach the people who need them.

Domain and mail authentication

MX records route incoming mail. SPF and DKIM help identify authorised senders, while DMARC sets a policy for authentication failures. These records are checked against the providers your business actually uses.

Setup on phones and computers

Get guidance connecting the mailbox to supported mail apps or webmail, including server settings, secure connections and sending tests. Tell us which devices and applications your team needs to use.

The records and setup behind reliable mail.

Moving existing email

We review the old provider, mailbox sizes and available access before planning a migration. Existing messages and folders, the DNS change and device updates are considered together.

Website and email can be separate

Your website can stay where it is while email is reviewed or moved. Likewise, moving a website does not require replacing a working email provider. The domain records determine which service handles each job.

Scope and ongoing support

The quote confirms mailbox numbers, storage, migration work and support. Business email hosting is for ordinary correspondence; bulk campaigns and mailing-list tools need a suitable separate service.

Questions

Questions about business email hosting.

The aim is to keep the website, hosting and email side clear before you spend any money.

Can I keep my existing business email address?

Usually, if you control the domain. The address can stay the same while the underlying provider changes. Access to the current mail service and domain records is needed to plan the move.

Will changing provider bring my old messages across?

Mailbox migration can be included where the old service provides suitable access. The amount of mail, folders, available export options and any locally stored messages need checking before a transfer is quoted.

Will authentication records stop every message going to spam?

No. Correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records help receivers check messages, but reputation, content, sending behaviour and each recipient provider also affect delivery. No provider can promise that every message reaches an inbox.
