Contact enquiries

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details and message. We use them to reply, prepare a quote, provide requested services, prevent abuse and keep necessary business records.

The usual basis for this processing is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract where one is agreed, and legitimate interests in running and securing the business. Your enquiry details are not sold and are not added to marketing lists without a separate clear choice from you.

Cookies and storage technologies

Cookies and similar technologies are small pieces of information stored on, or accessed from, your device. This website uses the following:

• PHPSESSID: an essential session cookie used only on the contact page to protect the form against forgery and spam. It expires when the browser session ends.
• whs_analytics_choice: an essential preference cookie that remembers whether you allowed optional analytics or chose essential cookies only. It lasts for 180 days.
• whs_visit_session: browser session storage used only after you allow analytics, to group activity during the current browser tab session. It is removed when that session ends.

Optional first-party visitor analytics

Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics”. If you allow it, the website records first-party usage information such as pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, referrer, browser and device details, a visit identifier, and the visitor IP address. This helps us understand whether pages work properly and how the website is being used. It is not used for advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking.

For a clearer view in the private site administration area, an IP-location service may be used to identify approximate location, internet provider and likely bot or hosting-network status from an IP address. This is not precise location tracking and is not used to make automated decisions about people.

How long data is kept

Optional visitor analytics records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Security records and contact enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, provide services, deal with disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can choose “Use essential only” in the banner, or reopen it at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also clear cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or objection to the use of your personal information. Use the contact form to make a request or raise a privacy concern.
